When purchasing tickets in person at the Arena Box Office, please be sure to arrive within the hours of operation as listed above. If you have any questions in this regard, please call 862-4000.

Payment Methods:
The Arena Box Office accepts cash, personal checks up to 14 days prior to the event (sorry, no checks accepted for General Admission events), American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.

Will Call Procedure
Will Call tickets can be picked up one hour prior to the event. Customer must present a photo I.D., the actual credit card used to place the order, and the Confirmation Number given at the time of purchase.

Children Rules
Children are welcome at the Arena. Tickets are not needed for children under 2 who plan to sit on a ticket holder’s lap. For select appropriate events, special ticket prices for children may also be offered.

General Rules
Shirts and shoes must be worn at all times.
All patrons and their possessions are subject to search at the discretion of Arena personnel.

The following are strictly prohibited inside the Arena:

• Bags or backpacks (other than small handbags)
• Weapons of any kind
• Artificial noisemakers
• Cameras (event specific)
• Recording devices
• Bottles or cans
• Outside food & beverage
